It is liquefied mix for immediate use in soft ice-cream machines. Top quality ice-cream.
Ice-cream made of cream and milk. Without preservatives, artificial aromas or colourings.
Without water or vegetable fat.
It is suited for making cream-flavoured ice-cream and, after adding flavour paste, for
preparing other flavours on the basis of cream.
The mix is an UHT sterilised product packed in aseptic conditions. Therefore, it does not
require cold storage.
