Our milk confectionery masses are ready product solutions. These include fillings similar to kaymak and Argentinian toffee. They are warm honey-caramel coloured fillings produced by means of prolonged heating.
They are very practical in use. They do not soak cakes. They can be used for topping and layering. Besides, they can be dosed by hand or mechanically. They can be frozen in a package or in a ready product. Above all, they considerably save your time if you have them at hand.

All our fillings, with the exception of the thermostable one, can be mixed with blancmange, whipping cream or fat. Therefore, the filling you need will have the taste, colour and consistency you require.
